...they're killing icons? Mine are still there. I want to keep mine. I like having lots of icons, damnit, and I can't afford to get another paid LJ. I do have an LJ under this name, but its not used or anything. I don't really want to migrate.
How many icons does IJ allow?

LJ only allows fifteen for a free account. Fifty I think for a paid, and you can add on more. All I know is I've shelled out for as many as I can have, which is like 120something.

IJ offers permanent accounts for $35, too. Though at the moment, with all the SERVER ISSUES DUE TO MIGRATION OR WHATEVER, I'm loathe to invest in it. >_>

Giving them money will increase their ability to deal with migration. They've also said they can cope with double their current members at a moment's notice.
